The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and will play a crucial role in promoting our financial products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote banking and financial products.

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends,



and competitive landscape.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and persuasion.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Business Development or a related field, preferably in banking or finance.

- Excellent proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both spoken and written).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build report and establish trust with customers.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
