Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at [Clubhouse]'s mid-range cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, creating menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure that all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer feedback is monitored and addressed, and that customer satisfaction levels are consistently high.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budgeting and cost control, ensuring that kitchen operations are within budget.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a mid-range restaurant or cafe.

3. Skills: Strong culinary skills, menu planning, kitchen management, team leadership, and communication skills.
