We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage our daily procurement activities. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries. Your main goal will be to secure high-quality products at the most competitive prices while ensuring on-time delivery to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and build robust relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost savings.
- Order Processing: Create, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in our system.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders before stocks run out.
- Delivery Tracking: Follow up with vendors to ensure goods are shipped and delivered on time.
- Quality Check: Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify that incoming goods match the order specifications.
- Record Keeping:



Maintain updated records of purchased items, pricing history, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Invoice Management: Review vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts department for timely payments.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience working as a Purchase Executive, Procurement Clerk, or a similar role.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP software (like SAP, Oracle, or Tally) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills to secure the best vendor deals.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker able to resolve supply delays, damaged shipments, or billing discrepancies.
