Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Drive primary and secondary sales as per company business plans.

Manage and develop distributors, dealers and key retailers in the assigned area.

Ensure adequate stock availability and proper product distribution in the market.

Expand retail outlet coverage and increase numeric distribution.

Plan and execute daily beat plans, route plans and market coverage.

Monitor sales team performance, productivity and daily market working.

Conduct regular market visits with Sales Officers/PSRs and provide guidance and coaching.

Set daily and monthly targets for the sales team and review performance regularly.

Ensure proper execution of company schemes, promotions, visibility and merchandising activities.

Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, products, distribution and market activities.

Identify new markets, outlets, distributors and business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors,



retailers and other channel partners.

Monitor distributor stock, ageing, claims, outstanding payments and overall ROI.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company credit policy.

Coordinate with Supply Chain/Dispatch teams to ensure timely product availability.

Ensure proper execution of recent product launches and promotional activities.

Review product-wise, territory-wise and salesperson-wise performance.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales/MIS reports.

Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through the company's sales automation/app system.

Provide regular market feedback and business updates to the reporting manager.

Take corrective action wherever sales, distribution or productivity is below target.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and reporting requirements
