About the Role

WorthSpace is looking for a CRM & Client Relationship Manager who will take complete ownership of the client journey—from pre-sales enquiry to project completion, handover and post-sales support.

The candidate will act as the primary coordination point between the client and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, professional and premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage leads, follow-ups, site visits, meetings and proposals through CRM.

* Coordinate with Sales, Design, Architecture, Procurement, Site and Accounts teams.

* Handle complete client onboarding after booking.

* Maintain client requirements, commitments, approvals and project records.

* Provide regular project updates to clients.

* Coordinate design approvals, material selections and change requests.

* Track payments, project milestones and pending client actions.

* Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.

* Coordinate pre-handover inspection, snag closure and final handover.

* Manage post-sales service, warranty, AMC and maintenance coordination.





* Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and accurate client data.

* Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals/repeat business.

Candidate Profile

* 3–6 years of experience in CRM, real estate, construction, interiors, hospitality or premium customer service.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid follow-up, coordination and documentation abilities.

* Highly organised and process-oriented.

* Comfortable handling premium/high-value clients.

* Good knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

* Experience with Odoo, TeleCRM or Basecamp will be an advantage.

* Ability to independently manage multiple clients and projects.
