About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong

experience in generating business leads for interior turnkey projects (civil). The ideal

candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic relationships, and

driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in interior turnkey & civil fit-out

projects

∙Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and PMC

companies

∙Actively participate in lead generation through networking, site visits, references, and

market research

∙Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids

∙Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project feasibility and

execution planning

∙Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Pune and nearby

regions

∙Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets





∙Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Key Requirements

∙7–15 years of experience in business development/sales in interior turnkey or civil

construction projects

∙Strong network with developers, architects, and corporate clients

∙Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads

∙Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

∙Good understanding of interior fit-out execution, costing, and contracts

∙Ability to work independently and drive business growth

Preferred Skills

∙Experience working with PMC/Construction/Interior Fit-out companies

∙Knowledge of tendering and commercial processes

∙Strong client handling and relationship management skills
