- Counsel patients to understand their health concerns and wellness needs.
- Explain the Ayurvedic treatment protocol clearly, including treatment process, product usage, duration, and expected results.
- Promote and sell Ayurvedic products and treatment plans in a patient-centric and ethical manner.
- Educate patients about product benefits, dosage, and precautions.
- Convert patient consultations into treatment enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with patients regularly to ensure treatment adherence and resolve queries.
- Coordinate with doctors and team members for better patient experience.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and counselling skills.
- Experience in sales, healthcare, wellness, or tele-counselling preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness products is an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a patient-first approach.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
