Candidate Requirements

- Good Gujarati and English communication.
- Hindi communication is an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with CRM or sales software is preferred.
- Diamond/jewelry industry experience is a robust advantage.
- Target-oriented and able to handle regular follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

What You Will Do

- Make outbound calls to diamond suppliers.
- Introduce Only Carat Global Diamond Marketplace.
- Convince suppliers to create their account and upload inventory.
- Explain the benefits of creating their own supplier website/store link.
- Help suppliers complete:
- Account registration




- Email verification
- Company profile
- KYC
- Stock upload
- Supplier store activation
- Follow up with suppliers who have registered but have not completed onboarding.
- Help suppliers understand how they can share their Only Carat store link with their existing buyers.
- Explain how suppliers can receive new local and global buyer inquiries through the marketplace.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly supplier onboarding targets.
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers.
