? Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Supervise day-to-day interior site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work workplace.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on site progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Problem Solving: Address on-site issues promptly, including design discrepancies,

- Client Interaction: Assist in site visits with clients, explaining progress and ensuring satisfaction with ongoing work.
