Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and capable Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams, and ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily business and operational activities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Plan and allocate work according to business requirements.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.




- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Support management in achieving organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Post Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years
- English: Intermediate English
- Preferred Course: MBA

Salary

- ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000
