Responsibilities

• Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google & Instagram.

• Design GIFs, static posts, carousels & video overlays for D2C sales.

• Create Amazon, Flipkart & Nykaa A+ content and storefront banners.

• Design product listing images and hero visuals highlighting ingredient benefits.

• Assist with minimalist packaging, bottle/box artwork, inserts & PR unboxing kits.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across website, email & retail touchpoints.

• Collaborate with Performance Marketing & Content teams.

• Optimise creatives based on CTR, conversions & campaign performance.

Qualifications





• Minumum 1 years of graphic design experience, preferably in D2C beauty, skincare or lifestyle e-commerce.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects.

• Proficiency in Figma & Canva.

• Robust understanding of typography, colour theory, grids & visual hierarchy.

• Clean, minimalist design aesthetic suited to Gen Z & Millennials.

• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative design.

• Experience with A/B testing different ad formats and creatives.

• Strong portfolio showcasing D2C branding, social media creatives, e-commerce graphics & typography.
