Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

Contact customers/leads and provide information about the company’s products/services.

Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of calls and customer details.

Handle basic office administration and day-to-day coordination.

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, invoices, and other office records.

Manage emails, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer communications.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Maintain databases and update information regularly.

Support the office team with general administrative activities.

Requirements:





Good communication skills in English and Tamil [Hindi – if applicable].

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel and email.

Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.

Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Ability to multitask and manage daily administrative work.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
