Senior Business Development Manager – C&I; Solar EPC

Experience: 3–6 years

#Location: Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh

# Industry: Solar EPC / Renewable Energy

# Key responsibilities:

Generate and develop C&I; solar EPC opportunities.

. Identify factories, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, institutions and commercial establishments.

. Develop relationships with promoters, CXOs, CFOs, plant heads, procurement and facility managers.

. Conduct customer meetings and site visits.

. Understand electricity consumption and identify solar opportunities.

. Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for feasibility and proposals.

. Prepare and present commercial and ROI proposals.

Negotiate and close EPC contracts.

. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.

. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and gross-margin targets.

. Mandatory requirements:

3+ years of solar industry sales experience.

. Preference for C&I;/EPC sales experience.

. Proven lead-generation and closure record.

. Solid communication and negotiation skills.

. Willingness to travel extensively.

. Existing industrial/commercial network will be a major advantage.
