Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to help expand Serva Work Pro's network of service providers and customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit service providers, businesses, and customers in assigned areas.
- Promote and explain the Serva Work Pro App.
- Onboard new service providers and customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into active users.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with providers and customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/onboarding targets.
- Maintain field visit and lead records.
- Submit regular reports to management.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Sales/marketing experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Basic smartphone and app knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Jodhpur and nearby areas.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
