About the Role

Pragati Enterprises is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development & Client Servicing Executive/Manager who can generate new business, build strong client relationships and manage projects from initial enquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references and market research.

· Identify and approach potential corporate clients, brands and advertising agencies.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.

· Coordinate with creative, production and operations teams for project execution.

· Manage client communication from initial enquiry to project completion.

· Follow up on quotations, negotiations and pending business opportunities.

· Attend client meetings and presentations.

· Maintain a regular Business Development Pipeline & Follow-up Tracker.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

· Explore opportunities in BTL Activation, Events, Retail Branding,



OOH, RWA Branding, Exhibitions and Promotional Activities.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience in Business Development / Client Servicing / Advertising / Events / BTL / Experiential Marketing preferred.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong negotiation, follow-up and client-handling abilities.

· Ability to independently handle client conversations and meetings.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

· Comfortable travelling for client meetings across Delhi-NCR.

· Target-oriented, confident and proactive personality.

· Candidates with an existing corporate / agency / client network in Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
