Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of automotive components.

- Inspect sheet-metal, tubular and welded components as per drawings and inspection standards.

- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.

- Check visual defects, welding quality, dimensional accuracy and workmanship.

- Identify and segregate OK/NG components and maintain proper identification.

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

- Support production teams in controlling rejection, rework and customer complaints.

- Follow Control Plan, SOP, Work Instructions and Inspection Standards.

- Support 5S, Kaizen and continuous quality improvement activities.

- Escalate quality issues to the Quality Supervisor/Engineer.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.
