Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our sports company. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our sports venues, social media, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design along with basic to good knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, reels, banners, posters, flyers, and advertisements.

Design promotional creatives for sports venues, tournaments, events, offers, and campaigns.

Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Create branding and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.

Edit short videos and reels for social media and promotional campaigns.

Add text, transitions, music, effects, subtitles, and basic animations to videos.

Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Operations, and Management teams for creative requirements.

Create event-specific creatives and promotional materials within deadlines.

Modify designs based on feedback and ensure final output meets requirements.

Stay updated with current sports, social media, graphic design,



and video content trends.

Manage and organize design files, templates, and creative assets.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.

Basic to good knowledge of video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in graphic designing; freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.

Experience in the sports, fitness, lifestyle, or entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
