- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote international courier services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Generate and maintain a solid customer database
- Explain service features, pricing, and delivery timelines to clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations/logistics team for smooth service delivery
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of sales and telemarketing
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Comfortable with calling and handling targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
