Installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of UPS systems, batteries, and related power equipment at customer sites.

Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues at site.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS and battery systems.

Check input/output voltage, load, battery backup, alarms, and overall system performance.

Carry out battery testing, replacement, charging, and health assessment.

Coordinate with customers and provide technical support for service-related issues.

Prepare service reports, installation reports, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.

Ensure timely closure of service complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the technical/support team for major technical issues and spare requirements.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during site visits and equipment handling.

Travel to different customer locations as required for installation and service activities.
