? Monitor campaign performance and analyze engagement, reach, leads, and other key metrics.

? Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns through Facebook and Google Ads.

? Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify current opportunities.

? Support B2B marketing initiatives through digital and social media channels.

? Optimize campaigns and content based on performance data to improve results.

? Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions across social media platforms.

? Maintain regular reports of social media activities, campaigns, leads, and performance.

? Explore new digital marketing techniques and opportunities to improve online visibility.

? Work toward assigned marketing, lead-generation, and campaign performance targets.

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, as per skill & experience

? Incentive: ₹40,000 based on performance
