We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet MIS Executive / Vehicle Data Analyst who can operate vehicle tracking/telematics software, analyze vehicle and driver data, and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

- KEY RESPONSBILITIES:-Monitor vehicles through GPS/telematics tracking software.
- Analyze speed, fuel consumption, mileage, distance, RPM, idle time, stoppage and trip data.
- Analyze vehicle performance and identify unusual or abnormal patterns.
- Monitor driver behavior, including overspeeding, excessive idling and other driving-related parameters.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Create Excel-based reports, charts, dashboards and summaries.
- Compare vehicle performance and identify fuel wastage, low mileage and operational inefficiencies.
- Verify and validate data before submitting reports.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles,



trips, fuel and driver performance.
- Highlight key issues and exceptions to management.
- Prepare performance summaries and provide data-based observations/recommendations.
- Coordinate with fleet/operations teams regarding discrepancies or abnormal vehicle data.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting schedules.
