Field Sales Executive - EdTech / Medical Education (TopHawks - DAMS Project)

TopHawks is hiring for the DAMS (Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences) project! We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive in Nagpur.

In this role, you will represent India's leading medical education platform, drive student admissions, connect with medical colleges, and earn attractive performance incentives!

- Role Type: Full time | On-field Sales (6 days/week)
- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
- Payout: Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Mobile Reimbursement

- What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Campus Outreach: Visit medical colleges, teaching hospitals, and coaching hubs across Nagpur to generate leads.
- Student Counseling: Guide MBBS students, interns,



and doctors regarding DAMS test-prep courses (NEET-PG, FMGE, INI-CET).
- Conversions: Conduct seminars/presentations, follow up via calls and WhatsApp, and close admissions to hit monthly targets.
- Relationship Building: Network with college authorities, medical faculty, and student representatives.
- Reporting: Update daily visit plans and sales pipelines in the CRM application.
- Who Can Apply (Eligibility)Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA / PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Field Sales, EdTech, Pharma, Healthcare, or Direct Sales. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome!)

Requirement: Comfortable with daily local field travel. Local candidates from Nagpur preferred.
