We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Residential real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, property site visits, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as referrals and cold calling
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property site visits and presentations
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain solid follow-ups with prospects
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
Maintain CRM and update daily sales reports
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the real estate market
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
Qualifications:
Puc or bachelor’s degree in any field
1.5–2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential)
