- Phlebotomy & Sample Collection: Perform venipuncture (venous blood collection) safely and accurately, label samples properly, and manage basic lab dispatch or handling.
- Front Desk & Reception: Greet patients, handle registration, schedule appointments, manage incoming calls, and maintain patient records for both general and pediatric neurology cases.
- Patient Care: Assist patients during check-ins and ensure a smooth, comfortable workflow in the clinic.
