We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer communication, sales orders, dispatch, check stock availability, invoice, PI management with accounts, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination between the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/Excel reports regularly.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Track sales orders from booking to delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of customers and sales-related documents.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as required.
- RequirementsGraduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an advantage.
