Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Incharge to manage day-to-day dark store operations, ensure smooth shift functioning, and supervise the team to achieve operational targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily operations during the assigned shift.
- Allocate work to Pickers, Packers, Loaders and other store associates.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of employees.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched within the required TAT.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement and maintain proper store discipline.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager, AQM and other operational teams.
- Handle operational issues and resolve them quickly during the shift.
- Ensure proper adherence to Amazon SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct shift handover and maintain proper records.
- Monitor manpower requirements and report absenteeism or manpower shortages.




- Ensure housekeeping, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Track productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and share daily shift reports and operational updates.
- EligibilityMinimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce, quick-commerce or dark-store operations.
- Experience in team handling and shift management preferred.
- Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with experience in Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar operations will be preferred.
