Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining complete stock records of all types of yarn. The ideal candidate must track yarn inward, outward, daily consumption, and remaining stock accurately to ensure smooth production operations.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Maintain real-time tracking of all yarn inventories (incoming, outgoing, and in-stock quantities).
- Consumption Tracking: Keep a daily record of where, when, and how much yarn is being used in the production process.
- Excel & Spreadsheet Operations: Maintain and update digital ledgers, stock registers,



and inventory reports daily using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock checks and match them with system data to prevent discrepancies or shortages.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly yarn consumption and stock reports for management.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the production and purchase teams to ensure timely availability of yarn and avoid stock-outs.
- Requirements & Skills:Minimum 1 year of proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the textile or yarn industry.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, tables) and Google Sheets.
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail and numbers.
- Ability to handle stock records systematically on PC.
