We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, cash-flow planning and financial controls for our multi-store retail business. The role will be responsible for ensuring 100% timely compliance, accurate books, monthly financial closure, store-wise profitability, GST/TDS/PF/ESIC compliance, audit coordination, inventory & payment controls, and actionable financial reporting to management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, commercially aware and capable of independently managing finance operations while coordinating with Management, Operations, Procurement, HR, Stores, CA and auditors.
