4. Safety Protocol - Responsible for Safety norms as per checklist, Maintain Documentation.
5. Training of Drivers.
6. Prepare Accounts of Drivers & Helpers.
7. Imprest handling & Expenses Reporting.
8. Preparation of Reporting MIS as required.
9. PR with Plant Officials.
10. Maintaining effective Communication with the Plant officials, Head Office, Required Department, Driver Staff etc. through Mail, Whatsapp, calls & Direct Interaction.
11. Vehicle Trip Tracking through VTS.
Job Requirements
1. Graduate with valuable Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Mail & Drafting)
2. 5-7 years of experience in Operation Background (Field Knowledge).
3. Able to Drive 2 Wheeler/ 4 Wheeler (Valid Driving Licence).
