- Call and guide new students about courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Answer course-related queries.
- Make welcome calls to new app users.
- Assist students with login, course access, and video issues.
- Coordinate course kit delivery and resolve student concerns.
- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records.
Requirements:
- Excellent Tamil communication skills.
- Good counselling and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
