We are hiring for an Indian export company engaged in international trade and supply of Indian-origin products to global buyers. We work closely with overseas customers, suppliers, logistics partners, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of international shipments.

POSITION DETAILS

Designation: EXIM / Export Operations Executive

Department: Export & International Business

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Candidates with practical EXIM / Export experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end export operations, including the following:

Export Quotations & Costing

* Preparing accurate export quotations for international buyers

* Calculating product cost, freight, documentation charges, and profit margins

* Applying Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW correctly in pricing

* Ensuring competitive and market-aligned export pricing

Documentation & Compliance

* Preparing, checking, and verifying export/import documentation

* Ensuring compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and export regulations

* Maintaining accuracy and completeness in all shipment-related documents

Logistics & Freight Coordination

* Coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners





* Collecting and updating freight rates from multiple vendors

* Supporting shipment planning, booking, and execution processes

Vendor & Database Management

* Developing and maintaining a solid vendor and freight forwarder database

* Regular follow-ups with vendors for rates, schedules, and shipment requirements

* Maintaining proper communication records and vendor performance tracking

Data Management & Reporting

* Maintaining quotation, shipment, and vendor data in Excel / Google Sheets

* Tracking enquiries, quotations, and shipment progress

* Ensuring all operational data is updated, accurate, and well-organized

Coordination & Execution

* Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for order processing

* Ensuring smooth execution from enquiry stage to final shipment

* Supporting complete export cycle operations with ownership and responsibility

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who possess:

* Practical knowledge of Import & Export (EXIM) operations

* Experience in preparing export quotations and costing

* Strong understanding of freight calculation and Incoterms

* Knowledge of export documentation and compliance procedures

* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

* Experience in vendor and freight forwarder coordination

* Strong English communication skills

* Good negotiation and follow-up abilities

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

* EXIM documentation handling
