Job DescriptionDelilah Nail Studio & Cafe is looking for a friendly, skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Bandra West.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of barista or café experience, basic knowledge of coffee preparation and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- ResponsibilitiesPrepare quality hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee and other café drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Take customer orders and handle POS/billing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and café area.
- Monitor coffee, milk,



syrups and other beverage inventory.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Work effectively with the team during busy hours.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Barista/Café experience.
- Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual and presentable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Latte art or specialty coffee experience is a plus.
