We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts payable processes, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and supporting month-end close processes.



The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will also play a key role in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte. #LI-HYBRID
Job Responsibilities

AP and Expenses Management: Invoice Processing, vendor management, record keeping, tracking payments, process improvement, partnership with P&F; team to provide information.
Month-End Close:Work with the team on the month-end close - manage the processes from start to end, ensure accuracy of the company's financial reporting and provide detail for analysis expenses.
Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures., Maintain accurate historical records. Prepare and file various tax forms and reports as needed.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of current systems and procedures.
Collaborate with the product teamin developing features to improve the functionality of Jeeves's product.
Collaborate with externalsproviding information.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.




Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Deep understanding of accounts payable functions and procedures.
Experience with process improvement and system implementation projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in English- Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
