Qualification :
Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Relevant Experience :
3 -6 Years
Must Have Skills :
1. Robust expertise in Master Data Management and Data Governance
2. Excellent Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting)
3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (Debits, Credits, Accruals)
4. Experience in GL control, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
Good Have Skills :
1. Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365
2. Exposure to Pharmaceutical industry finance processes
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Set up and manage master data for materials and suppliers across systems
2. Run and review daily governance reports to identify data inconsistencies or system errors
3.



Act as a gatekeeper for the General Ledger ensuring accurate P&L; impact
4. Perform reconciliations between operational systems and financial balances
5. Ensure accurate revenue recognition and COGS reporting
6. Clean and maintain master data using advanced Excel techniques
7. Work closely with project teams to baseline and resolve data quality issues
8. Maintain compliance and confidentiality while handling sensitive information
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance
