What You'll Do
Take full ownership of enterprise client relationships, ensuring they have a seamless and delightful onboarding experience.
Lead the entire onboarding process, guiding clients through setup and implementation with clarity and confidence.
Track product adoption and usage patterns to ensure clients are getting maximum value, driving opportunities for upsell and account expansion.
Serve as a trusted product advisor, offering best practices, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure a consistently high-quality service experience.
