The Senior Graphic Designer will shape and execute the visual language of key IPs, including Architectural Digest Design Show and Vogue Wedding Atelier, across campaign, digital, social, print, OOH and on-ground experiences. The role requires a strong luxury, editorial and contemporary design sensibility, with the ability to translate creative direction into distinctive work, manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT Lead the visual development of IPs from brief to master creative, translating strategic objectives into distinctive, compelling design. Establish visual systems that can be effectively extended across campaigns, platforms and formats. Bring a strong point of view to typography, imagery, composition, colour and art direction. Identify opportunities to evolve and elevate the visual identity and overall brand experience. Balance creative ambition with brand guidelines, commercial requirements, production realities and timelines. 2. CREATIVE EXECUTION Develop and adapt creatives across: Digital & Social Social media, paid media and digital campaign assets Website and landing-page creatives Emailers, CRM and WhatsApp communications Digital invitations Website banners, key visuals and UI assets Event, Print & OOH Physical invitations and event collateral Brochures, programmes and print advertisements OOH, hoardings and large-format advertising Venue branding and signage Digital screens and on-ground displays Partner & Commercial Sponsor, partner and exhibitor branding integration Co-branded campaign and social assets Presentations and marketing collateral Motion Easy motion graphics and animated social assets Digital-screen and video adaptations 3. DESIGN QUALITY Ensure all work adheres to the visual identity and creative standards of each IP. Maintain a sophisticated, premium and editorial aesthetic across every touchpoint.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to typography, layout, imagery, hierarchy and finishing. Ensure all final artwork is accurate, technically compliant and production-ready. Integrate partner and sponsor branding seamlessly without compromising the core brand identity. 4. COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Partner with marketing, editorial, events and commercial teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions. Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage feedback, revisions and approvals. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Communicate proactively on timelines, dependencies and production requirements. 5. TOOLS & TECHNICAL SKILLS Required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong working knowledge of Figma, including website/UI design and digital layouts. Strong understanding of digital and print production, artwork specifications and file preparation. Ability to design across multiple screen sizes, formats, dimensions and output requirements. Desirable Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion-design tools. Familiarity with AI-assisted design and creative tools. Understanding of responsive web design and digital design systems. Experience designing for digital screens, motion and experiential environments. 6. EXPERIENCE & CREATIVE PROFILE 5 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably across fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, media, design or events. A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and exceptional execution across digital and physical formats. Strong understanding of luxury, editorial and contemporary visual culture. Excellent eye for detail, composition and visual storytelling. Comfortable moving between high-concept creative development and high-volume production. Proactive, organised and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
