Capgemini is seeking an experienced
OpenText Exstream Developer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Customer Communication Management (CCM)
solutions and hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream v16 or higher. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality communication solutions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complex communication templates using
OpenText Exstream Design Manager
and
Empower Editor
.
Implement
data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic
to create personalized and dynamic content.
Configure and manage output formats including
PDF, AFP, HTML, XML
, and others.
Work on
CCM delivery channels
such as print, email, SMS, and web portals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of communication solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize performance for large-scale CCM implementations.
Overall Exp :8+ years
of hands-on experience with
OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher)
.
Skills
:
Exstream Cloud Native (CN)
is preferred.
Strong knowledge of
Design Manager, Empower Editor, data mapping, scripting, and rule-based logic
.
Expertise in output formats:
PDF, AFP, HTML, XML
.
Proficiency in
XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and SQL
.




Solid understanding of CCM delivery channels (print, email, SMS, web portals).
