We are looking for a skilled and passionate
GenAI Engineer
to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI and generative AI solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, deep learning, and cloud-native systems to create scalable, production-grade AI models. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business problems into robust AI-driven solutions using up-to-date ML frameworks and Google Cloud technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building and deploying ML models, is comfortable working with large datasets, and is excited about advancing generative AI capabilities in real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy
machine learning and generative AI models
using
Python
,
TensorFlow
, and
PyTorch
Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and inference
Leverage
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
services to develop scalable and reliable AI systems
Implement and manage ML workflows using
Vertex AI
, including training jobs, model versioning, and deployment
Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals
Conduct experiments, fine-tune models, and evaluate results using appropriate metrics
Ensure best practices in MLOps, including reproducibility, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning frameworks, and cloud ML services
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience
in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering
Strong proficiency in
Python
for ML development and data processing
Practical experience with
TensorFlow
and
PyTorch
for training and deploying deep learning models
Experience working with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
for ML workloads
Hands-on expertise with
Vertex AI
, including model training, pipelines, and deployment
Solid understanding of ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation
Experience handling large datasets and building scalable ML systems
Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML models into applications
Good to Have
Experience with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI use cases
Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD for ML, and monitoring in production
Exposure to data engineering or distributed computing frameworks
