Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple hiring requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, including interview scheduling and coordination
Partner closely with founders, hiring managers,



and startup stakeholders to close roles efficiently
Own hiring outcomes and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a high-growth environment
