The Talent Sourcer will play a key support role within this team, assisting recruiters in the identification of Tech talent for middle to leadership level roles and support company growth. Duties and responsibilities (what you do):
Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks
Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for a vacancy
Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):
Bachelor's Degree




Strong Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
2 + years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing
Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset
Сurious, a strong desire to learn
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
