JD – Senior Executive, Finance & Compliance
Location: Chennai – On -site (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to support our
Compliance and Finance functions. The role involves control on Secretarial
compliance, handling documentation, Assist in Finance AP role, and ensuring the
company meets all statutory and corporate governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all documents and interactions on compliance side
with existing investors.

Manage cap -table updates, share certificates, agreements,
and investor records.

Support fundraising activities by preparing non -financial
data room documents and tracking diligence checklists.

Handle ROC related filings with support from CS/legal teams.

Maintain statutory registers, board/shareholder resolutions,
and compliance calendars.

Prepare and manage MoUs, NDAs, notices, minutes, and other
corporate documents.

Ensure timely compliance with SSA/SHA obligations and
event -based filings.





Assist in Accounting role to take care of Accounts Payable –
opex.

Maintain organized digital records and assist in ESOP
documentation.

Requirements Requirements
2–3 years' experience in secretarial compliance, CS support,
or legal/corporate governance roles handling Finance AP role will be added.

Secretarial background or a combined financial and
secretarial background will be an added advantage

Valuable understanding of Companies Act compliances, ROC
filings, and investment documentation.

Understanding the Accounting concepts and Accounts Payable
knowledge will be an added advantage

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination
skills.

Detail -oriented with strong follow -through and
confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.

Work Mode

Work from Office – Chennai

Full -time, Monday to Saturday
