About the Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns for our clients, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI .

What You'll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions .
- Conduct audience research, targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work on conversion tracking, landing page optimization, CRO, and funnel performance .
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ads.




- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and digital advertising trends.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads .
- Positive understanding of paid advertising metrics, bidding, targeting, and optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager .
- Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, landing pages, and funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results or case studies.
- Based in Jaipur and comfortable working on-site.
