Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Master Tailor specialising in Western Couture to lead the construction of made-to-measure garments. The role involves working from designer sketches and patterns, handling structured garments such as corsets, gowns, dresses and jackets, and ensuring precision in fitting, construction and finishing.

We are looking for an experienced Master Tailor specialising in Western Couture and Designer Wear to join our growing fashion label.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute complex couture and made-to-measure garments from designer sketches and patterns.

* Handle complex structured garments including corsets, gowns, dresses, jackets, tops and trousers.





* Manage cutting, stitching, fittings, alterations and finishing.

* Ensure excellent garment construction, precision and finishing.

* Work closely with the designer and production team to execute designs accurately.

* Meet quality standards and production timelines.

Requirements

* Solid experience in Western Couture / Western Wear tailoring.

* Excellent knowledge of garment construction, patterns, measurements and fittings.

* Experience with structured garments and couture techniques.

* Ability to independently execute garments from sketches/patterns.

* Strong attention to detail and finishing.

* Prior experience with designer or couture brands preferred.
