- Enter and maintain daily office data, records, and reports accurately.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry work in computer systems/software.
- Prepare Excel sheets, MIS reports, invoices, and office records.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and admin departments for data updates.
- Manage emails, office communication, and routine computer-based tasks.
- Verify and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support billing, stock entry, and office coordination activities when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned office and computer work.
- Candidates with knowledge of MS Office, typing, and basic computer applications preferred.
