We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and hiring skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS

- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details

- Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities

- Maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements

- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and joining ratio

- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
