n About the Role

n We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Account Manager who can manage client accounts, social media, and digital marketing activities while leveraging AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, research, and results.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage client communication, requirements, approvals, and relationships.
n Plan and manage social media content, calendars, and campaigns.
n Coordinate with content, design, video, and performance marketing teams.
n Use AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, competitor analysis, reporting, and automation.
n AI-assisted image and video creation
n Prompt engineering and effective AI prompting
n Monitor social media and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.




n Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital marketing trends, and social media platforms.
n Manage multiple accounts and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.

n Requirements
n n 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Account Management / Social Media Management.
n Strong client communication and project-management skills.
n Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
n Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar tools.
n Creative, analytical, proactive, and willing to experiment with new technologies.

n Nice to Have
n n Experience with AI content/image/video generation tools
n Experience with marketing automation tools
n Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms
n Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
n Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
n Experience creating AI-powered marketing workflows or automations
