Job Description We're looking for a Curriculum and Assessment Associate to help design and strengthen high-quality, hands-on Science and Maths learning experiences. This includes shaping how learners engage with scientific ideas, developing creative and inquiry-driven activities, and ensuring that each experience is academically sound, age-appropriate, and classroom-ready.
n Responsibilities
n n Collaborate on the design of hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences for Grades K–8.
n Ensure alignment of experiences with curriculum goals, concepts, and learning outcomes.
n Contribute to the creation of student-facing content (like inquiry journals, learning assessments etc.) and teacher support materials (like lesson plans, activity demos, assessment reports etc.)
n Support in designing Concept Mastery and Skills based Assessment tools to track concepts understanding and skill development of students.
n Work closely with other teams (design, procurement & operations etc.) to ensure that each learning experience is designed to wow the Students and Teachers!




n Design & conduct teacher training to upskill educators on Experiential Learning and Skills based Education.
n n Qualifications
n n Has worked in a School, Education nonprofit, or curriculum role and understands how children learn
n 2-5 years of Teaching or Curriculum Experience in IB/Cambridge/CBSE/ICSE would be very useful.
n Excited to work in a fast paced exciting startup setting.
n A genuine passion for learning and making Science & Maths concepts come to life in a tangible manner.
n Someone who's a child at heart—curious, playful, and excited by how things work. Someone who can tinker around to translate learning Science and Maths concepts into impactful activities and hands-on experiments.
n Prior experience in teaching or education is valuable.
n Ability to work across teams; design, prototyping, Operations to seamlessly translate ideas into tangible, impactful and thoughtful learning experiences.
n Someone who understands practical challenges of classroom teaching.
