Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing 2D/3D design documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include preparing presentations, coordinating with consultants, supporting design development, and contributing to material and product research. The role also involves participation in site visits, reviewing construction progress, and updating drawings and details as projects evolve. The Junior Architect will work closely with the design team to ensure that project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client requirements.




Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools, such as proficiency in CAD/BIM software and the ability to integrate various design and visualization platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, and tracking design deliverables.
- Relevant qualifications include a qualified degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from a recognized institution and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite), strong graphic communication, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback are essential.
