Job Title: Business Analyst - Risk (APAC Regulatory Reporting)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather and document business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, impact assessment, and reconciliation for Risk & Regulatory Reporting
initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Support solution design and regulatory reporting implementation.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Execute functional testing, support UAT, and investigate reporting variances.
• Challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare BRDs, impact assessments, presentations, and governance materials.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and upcoming regulatory changes.
• Experience with Regulatory Reporting platform.
