Experience- 3 to 6 yrs,
Responsibilities –
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Convert prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Taking and processing product orders in a skilled manner.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
- Selling health insurance over the call, by considering the organization need.
- Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process
- To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience
- Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customer
